This part hasn't changed but it seems like something changed in the modem itself where it isn't letting the connection through to the LAN. and the 100.76.x.x as well as the DDNS hostname on two different DDNS services and no luck. I've been using the 100.76.x.x IP address and it was working. The only strange part about that is my router has always detected the Internet IP (WAN IP?) as a 100.76.x.x range but when I google "What is my IP address" it always gets detected as a .x range. I've been using DDNS and I verified that is working ok. It doesn't seem like the connection is able to get through the modem. If I'm on the local LAN it works but it won't work from outside the LAN over the internet.

A couple days ago, the app software version and dish software version updated and ever since then, I can't connect with my security camera app. I switched the modem from my old modem to the Starlink dish and everything worked fine until the last update. I've had my home Internet router configured for years to do port forwarding so I can connect to DVR's on the local LAN and see security camera footage.
